"Propane Tank Testing Technician". SEASONAL -- (perfect for that student home for the Summer!)   Monticello NY

Travel all over the region testing tanks at our customers' locations. 40+ hours per week in company provided van.

Sounds technical? Well - here's the job in bullet points:

• Safely drive to the assigned customer location
• Connect a battery powered meter to check tank. If "fails"dig a hole by hand, 24" depth by say 10" x 30". 
• Attach new "anode" via wire back to the tank.
• Dump water on the anode to activate it
• Retest using your meter. If good - back fill hole with dirt
• Fill out work order, copy to customer, off to the next!

Must be neat, clean, able to speak with consumers to explain why we're digging a hole in their lawn.  Must have valid drivers license and be "insurable".   No druggies please as you're driving a company vehicle.  Job is available until too cold in the Fall.  If you're looking for winter work Holiday Mountain Ski & Fun Park is part of our family so possibilities exist to stay on year round.

Position Summary: Performs warehousing, shipping and receiving duties. Is responsible for compiling and maintaining records of the value, type and quantity of company parts, supplies and equipment.

• Receive, unpack, examine and document incoming shipments.
• Move stock to and from shipping and receiving area to storage area or wherever necessary.

• Adjust and align wheels, tighten bolts and screws, and attach system components.
• Repair or replace malfunctioning components, parts and other mechanical or electrical equipment.
• Be able to disassemble, work on and reassemble parts and machinery.
• Complies with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety and combustion control standards.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness.
• Attend meetings and schools/training as required.
