Moving into a new home?
If you’re the buying, contact us as soon as your under contract. At least 1 week before the closing is perfect. Is your new home already serviced by us? Even if it’s not, we know your heating requirements better than any other provider and are able to make sure you have a warm welcome as soon as you move in. And don’t forget, we service gas and fuel oil heated homes as well!
Moving out of your home?
Ensure that home inspections and the move out process is seamless: Notify us as soon as you have a potential buyer! Contact us as soon as your home is under contract. At least 1 week before the closing is perfect. The sooner we are connected to the buyers of your new home the better. This way service is not interrupted.
Plus, we can help transfer your propane or oil account to your new address.
Don’t forget to have us service your equipment. Together let’s make sure that the home inspection and closing process goes smoothly.
