NOTICE:  IMPORTANT CHANGES TO TERMS, CONDiTIONS & FEES

FOR LOW ANNUAL VOLUME  PROPANE PURCHASE

Dear Valued Propane Customer:

Due to the drastically rising costs associated with delivering propane we’re forced to change the way we deliver to “low volume” customers (less than 200 gals per year).   

Why?  New propane tanker trucks are close to $200,000.  Wages, diesel, maintenance, insurance, tanks, regulatory compliance and all related costs are increasing greatly. In addition, due to a continued qualified CDL driver shortage we’re forced to maximize every delivery.  Unfortunately delivering small amounts of propane has become too costly compared to years past as we stretch our delivery resources thin. 

Starting January 1, 2024:   All 200 lb (47 gal) capacity tanks will have a cellular contents monitor installed which alerts us continually with exactly what’s in the tank daily.  If your tank doesn’t have a gauge, we will replace it at no cost to you with a new tank. You will be able to view exactly what’s in your tank on the CES mobile app if you wish but rest assured we’re watching your level continually.

•  Automatic Delivery required.  The cellular monitor alerts us when your tank reaches 15% we will automatically deliver as it fits into the route schedule.  Unfortunately we will no long offer “call for delivery” / “will-call” refills for small tanks.
• Cost:  $239 per year which covers the tank rental, pressure regulator, cellular monitor and any required tank/ regulator maintenance.  This can be paid for at one time at the start of the year or $19.95 can be billed to your selected credit card or bank account monthly (plus sales tax).  There will no longer be concerns with an “annual minimum usage fee” / gallons requirement as the rent covers it.

Options if you DO NOT want to continue with our gas service:

Remaining gas in the tank:   Gas remaining will be credited back to you at the rate paid after we bring back to our facility and weigh it on a scale.  This refund can be mailed back to you in a check within 30 days from time of pick-up.

1.    BUY A SMALL PORTABLE CYLINDER & PRESSURE REGULATOR:

When we pick up our cylinder, you can purchase & we will DELIVER, connect and leak check a smaller portable cylinder you will OWN.  This cylinder will be delivered full but you are responsible for any refills which you can bring to any CES / All Gas location or a propane retailer of your choice.  We will not offer replacements / delivery service after the initial install when we remove our larger tank.

2.   CHOOSE A DIFFERENT GAS SUPPLIER :

If you choose a new gas supplier, please ask them to leave our tank & pressure regulator in a location we can remove it, all gas remaining will be credited back at the rate paid in a check within 30 days of pick up and give us a call saying you want it removed.

Starting January 1st, 2024 if we haven’t heard from you, we will assume you want to discontinue service.   The tank & pressure regulator inside the tank’s collar will be picked up from that date forward weather pending, a refund will be mailed for remaining propane.
