I have in all the years having this furnace serviced I have never encountered a more professional service person. He did tests that nobody else did and explained with clarity what he was doing. I usually do not write these emails but this time I felt it was important that your company knew what a great employee you had.

Ron Goldberg called (Jeffersonville) to say that Chuck went ABOVE AND BEYOND with his delivery today, and he does not usually call places like this but he really appreciates the great customer service Chuck provided.  He said Chuck saw that his tank was low upon delivery and called Mr.Goldberg to see if there was any way to access inside the house to make sure pilots were still lit... He was just very happy to see that Chuck cared :)

The gas system installation has all been very well done. I am very pleased with what we are going to have. We give regular tours of the farm and I have been explaining the installation, how it is better for the workers and the animals, as it makes running out of fuel in any one place a thing of the past. I also believe it will save us money and the situation with our prior propane supplier was unacceptable.

Mr. Mike Taylor,
On 3/15/2011 I called your Dingmans Ferry office and spoke to Lynn about a propane smell in my house.  She immediately dispatched a technician to my home to check for leaks.  The technician checked the entire exterior propane system.  I was detained at work and was unable to come home to let the technician inside to check the rest of the system.  On 3/16/2011 at 8 AM two service technicians Ed and Tom arrived at my door to check for leaks inside my home. Long story short and later that day a defective valve in my furnace was replaced by Tom.

As a loyal CES client, I just have to say that I am very pleased with the service performed on my heating system, the professional treatment from your staff, and the respect that was giving to my home.  Aside from being thorough, Ed and Tom answered all my questions intelligently.  Lynn was right on top of the situation and genuinely concerned with solving my possible hazard.  I commend Ed, Tom and Lynn for a job well done.  The due diligence of all three staff members resulted in one happy CES client.  Thank you.

One year ago, I purchased a family members home in Parksville, NY. Not being familiar with how things ran upstate, Bernadette was happy to walk me through the basics and help me understand.

Hi Jeff,
I'm writing to say that for the past 10 years my partner Randall and I have been supplied with propane and #2 oil by Combined Energy Services for our heating, cooking and pool heater needs. We have had some unsuccessful relationships with our vendors in Sullivan County for these products but now that we use CES we've found their services to be consistently at a high level. what i mean by this that when we place an order the product or service is delivered in a timely manner. Billing is also done in a completely professional way.

Following up on our conversation yesterday I wanted to let you know that Sal was very efficient in both manner and work ethic. He was respectful and more than diligent about the keeping the library clean and orderly. It is so nice when contractors take the time to look at the site from the point of view of the client. Please let Sal know, his work was noticed and appreciated. Also, a shout out to Kenny who has some quality management skills.

To Combined Energy. This e-mail is a follow up to an installation I recently had performed at my second home in Roscoe. Dave Lounsbury met me there a month before the project to work out a new system. Since it was a long distance project the timing was crucial. Well he came through with his promise. The furnace is whisper quiet, more efficient, and the heat is more uniform than it ever was. The crew of men who installed it was both knowledgeable and courteous. Particularly Dustin, the main mechanic was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns, and proves to be a valuable asset to your company. Also Ki (not sure of the spelling) stayed with the project to the end, and he too made my installation go along easily. I would like to take this opportunity to thank your company, the sales staff, and mostly the installation crew for a job well done, and completed on time as promised.
