Dear “Boss Man”: I have a couple of thoughts that I would like to share with you relative to the installation of the conversion of the heating system in my home from electric to propane gas. You have an outstanding employee in Jim Sisco. He is a “Company Man” so to speak. He is a hard worker, ethical, honest, client oriented and very knowledgeable. He is what I call a peoples person. You are very fortunate to have him in your organization. Throughout installation of my new heating system Jim was always honest and responsive to all questions I asked throughout the duration of the project.
I am further impressed by the fact that Jim makes it a point to briefly stop by the house when he is in the area to make sure that everything is functioning OK and that I understand the operation of the heating plant.
I wish that I were so lucky to have such a person on my staff in my working days. I noted that Jim also has the ability to instill his enthusiasm into your employees under his management. All the workers were hard working and courteous.

I am inclined to commend your staff again.
My propane furnace would not ignite and produce heat for my home. I called Lynn and a technician was dispatched to my home. The first technician diagnose my concern, the following day another technician came and made the repair.
Every CES employee I came in contact with during my concern was professional, kind and courteous. I was impressed with the technicians abilities. Your technicians really know their stuff and that kind of knowledge and experience is priceless. I would never even think of calling anyone else to repair my furnace, only CES technicians.
I have been recommending your services to everyone I know for years and I will continue to do so. CES truly takes care of it customers!

Just wanted to let you know that I got a call from a customer’s neighbor who highly recommended us. He told Mrs. Dominick Pellicci to call us; said he loves our company and always gets good service from the office staff to the drivers... She currently uses another big company (they recently sold out to the big co). She called them for a delivery for their generator and was told it would take up to 48 hours. When they didn’t show up; she called again and got a rep that said she was 200 miles away that told her she was given wrong information and it will take anywhere from 3-5 business days to get her a delivery. Told her we are treating generators as a priority and we may not get there the same day a customer calls but we are doing our best to get there within a day or two. I sent her a credit app and she will probably be switching to us.
He also just want to say that I think our drivers need a HUGE thank you, pat on the back etc, etc, etc... for running crazy this week in order to get our customers their deliveries!! I know that we are going crazy taking the calls but they are actually making it happen!!

I was notified last week that my propane tank needed to be replaced. Arrangements were made by Vicky & Tom for the swap to occur early this morning. It was important to me that I get to work early this morning for a staff meeting. Brett & Jason were at my house before 7:30 AM. They were very polite and efficient. The tank was heavy but they managed to set the tank, relite my pilot and were on their way. Everything went smoothly. I called Tom to thank him but I thought the "Big Boss" should also know when a job is done well.

I am sending this email to thank Christine, who answered my calls as a new customer, regarding the scheduling of a delivery date for a propane tank. Christine was very patient with me, handling this whole matter in a very professional manner, never making me feel as though I was becoming a nuisance with my continuous calls for new delivery dates for my propane tank. Kudos to Christine for her professionalism. I just felt that Combined Energy Services should be made aware that Christine is an asset to the company.

Chuck went ABOVE AND BEYOND with his delivery today, and he does not usually call places like this but he really appreciates the great customer service Chuck provided. He said Chuck saw that his tank was low upon delivery and called Mr.Goldberg to see if there was any way to access inside the house to make sure pilots were still lit... He was just very happy to see that Chuck cared :)

The gas system installation has all been very well done. I am very pleased with what we are going to have. We give regular tours of the farm and I have been explaining the installation, how it is better for the workers and the animals, as it makes running out of fuel in any one place a thing of the past. I also believe it will save us money and the situation with our prior propane supplier was unacceptable. |
