Free Exterior Gas Piping & Regulators. Lets put that tank where its easy to refill in the winter and aesthetically appealing for your home buyer. Whether its 15 feet or 200 feet, were happy to work with you to put the tank in a good location at no cost.
Underground or Aboveground Propane Tanks delivered on YOUR time line. We will work with you to have the underground tank on site to be buried at your convenience so we will not hold up expensive excavation equipment. We will attach the anode bags and even leave the pipe to rough in when ready. Our techs will make the final connections & pressure checks. We understand how gas companies can hold up your project and we promise never to do that!
Interior Gas Piping: Our techs can install all your interior gas piping from start to finish for one pre-quoted flat rate. If you prefer to run your own pipe, finish pressure testing & safety check is always performed at no cost to you as the builder.
Gas Credit! As a thank you for partnering with CES on your gas heated homes, we will give you 100 gallons gas credit� which you can bank for temp heating, use at your own locations or you can give to the new homebuyer as your gift. Its all up to you.
Discounts on Gas, Appliances & HVAC Systems: As a affiliated builder, we are happy to offer you preferred rates for heating equipment & appliances. In addition, we offer our builders a subsidized special wholesale rate for any gas used in the new home during construction. When you close with the homebuyer, we are happy to read the tanks gauge, issue credit to you and bill the consumer for the gas remaining.
